What if I receive a wrong item?
If you receive an incorrect item, please contact our support team within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order number and clear product photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.
Yes, we offer product exchange if the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.
